TACTICAL – Owned by The Queen, this colt by Toronado has been subject of some good reports. Trained by Andrew Balding, this horse is ready to run and if his work is anything to go by he will progress into a useful colt this season for a stable that provided us with some excellent information last season. We have a short-list of what will be some potentially very exciting two-year old’s for this Summer.
WINGS OF A DOVE – Trained by Richard Spencer here in Newmarket this daughter of Dark Angel has been working nicely in recent weeks and is a precocious type that will be ready to run very soon after the Flat Season hopefully resumes on the 1st of June. She looks above average and should develop into a nice filly.
ECHO BEACH – This colt is well regarded by trainer Hugo Palmer and is another precocious two-year old that will be ready to run soon after UK racing resumes. His work has been excellent and is optimum trip will be between 5f-6f.
NORTHBOUND – Another well regarded two-year old colt by Fast Company who has worked well recently with the aforementioned Echo Beach. If he can translate some of his recent work on to the track he will be a horse to note for the season ahead.
FINAL VOYAGE – Last season was one of James Tate’s best and our contact at the stable has been a consistent source of high quality information now for the past 4 years. I have been told that this unraced two-year old colt by Camacho is a horse to follow this year. His work on the gallops lately has been most-eye catching and we have a long list of exciting juveniles and well handicapped horses from the stable which will be sent out to clients for the season ahead.
