The Good Run Continues: Three To Follow

The past two months have been excellent and November has started just as well thanks to Willem Twee (7/2), The Edgar Wallace (9/1), Inspiral (9/4) and Queen Aminatu (7/2) and some nice placed efforts from Torchlight (14/1) and Page Three (10/1). Given the recent success with our eye-catchers I’ve included a further three for the notebooks from the past week or two:

Torchlight (John & Thady Gosden) – This filly left her debut form well behind at Kempton last time out, benefiting from the drop back in trip as expected to see off her race into 2nd for us at 14/1. She has reportedly improved again at home since and is one to keep firmly on side wherever she goes next on the all-weather.

Hurlerontheditch (Kim Bailey) – This horse was making his chase debut for us earlier in the week when trading at 1.01 in running having taken a tumble at the final flight when 20 lengths clear. The result itself was a difficult one to take, but based on how well he had jumped throughout his race up until the final fence, there’s undoubtedly plenty more to come from him as a chaser this season.

Ten Lengths Tom (Tom Lacey) – He was still green when successful in his Warwick bumper last season and needed his first run back at Ascot on his hurdling debut. Well regarded, he’s the type that will take a significant step forward once tackling further than two-miles on softer ground.
